Eric’s practice areas include trucking, transportation, and automobile litigation, cargo and freight disputes, admiralty and maritime litigation, casualty and insurance defense, and insurance coverage litigation in the state and federal courts of Louisiana and Mississippi. He has also handled domestic and international transactions and immigration matters for local film talent and production companies. Eric is regularly acknowledged in peer-reviewed publications, including Super Lawyers (Rising Stars 2019-2020, Super Lawyer 2021-2023), New Orleans Magazine (Top Lawyer 2016-2020), New Orleans City Business (Ones to Watch 2016), and Best Lawyers (Ones to Watch 2021-2023). He has been recognized in the LSBA YLD Top 40 (2023) and as an LADC Frank L. Maraist Award Finalist (2022). He is also often a speaker and moderator at continuing legal education (CLE) seminars and serves in a number of local bar associations.

Throughout his legal career, Eric has spent a substantial amount of his time specializing in transportation defense. He has supervised a transportation practice group and managed publications addressing issues related to liability arising out of the Transportation, Admiralty and Maritime industries.
