Our experience in products liability extends from decades of litigating all of the key issues important to the manufacturing industry. We have defended a wide variety of claims for an equally diverse range of clients including manufacturers, component manufacturers, distributors, and sellers of products.
Many traditional claims fall under the Louisiana Products Liability Act or corresponding frameworks outside of Louisiana, with which we are familiar. Our knowledge also extends to claims of breach of contract, breach of warranty, unfair trade practices, redhibition and exposure and releases from a myriad of personal and commercial products.
