Katherine H. Amoss

Background
Katherine’s practice focuses on the defense of corporations involved in automobile/trucking accidents, premises liability, products liability, and those seeking counsel for insurance coverage disputes. She has successfully briefed and argued a wide range of issues encompassing these practice areas in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana. Katherine is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit matters, discovery, motion practice, dispute resolution, and trial preparation.
Katherine is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she earned her juris doctor degree, cum laude. During law school, Katherine was a member of the Loyola Law Review, received the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Civil Law Award for Attaining the Highest Grade in Civil Law Studies, and was a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research & Writing. Katherine was also a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team, which allowed her to showcase her oral advocacy skills in Guadalajara, Mexico and Vienna, Austria.
