With over 30 years of litigation experience, Mark represents a diverse array of clients including insurers, trucking companies, premises owners and contractors. He guides his clients toward successful resolution through discovery, mediation, motion practice, and trial. Mark is skilled at engaging with experts in complex cases. He is at home in the courtroom, and enjoys the challenge of persuading jurors. Mark routinely obtains favorable outcomes in cases involving transportation, construction defect, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage, and first party property claims.
A Shreveport native, Mark has successfully tried a wide variety of cases to verdict in multiple jurisdictions throughout the State of Louisiana. He is also licensed in Texas. Mark has particular expertise in advising and defending insurance companies on matters involving bad faith and extra-contractual liability, as he did hundreds of times in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida in 2021.
